Birthdays

Yesterday was the first birthday in 20 years that I didn't receive flowers. Nick's mom always sent me flowers on my birthday. I'm kind of glad no one sent me flowers since it was Nancy's thing.

Nick made my birthday really nice. He took me out to dinner, got me my favorite cake and got me an awesome present.

I got an elliptical machine for my birthday, just what I wanted. I hope to get my fat ass into shape and I hope this will help my endurance.

Yesterday also marked the 20th anniversary of Nick and I dating. I've officially been with the man half of my life. Scary.
