We're Back!

We got home Monday night from Punta Cana. What a wonderful trip it was. We had great weather. I have lots of photos and videos of all kinds of nonsense that I witnessed while there, but I will add a little each day, there is just too much.

When we were checking in, I looked up and noticed that high, up in the ceiling was a dragonfly. I always think it's a good sign when I see one.

Then, while we were sitting in the lobby, a little lizard wondered over. He posed for a photo before skurring off. I don't mind lizards.

On our first day, despite our resort being very clean, I noticed a GIANT cockroach on the wall. We are talking three inches long. I flipped out and bellowed for Mr. Bruises to come kill it, well it ran behind a cabinet. I worried all day about the thing. The next morning, I found it dead in the bathroom. Mr. Bruises assured me that the maid must have seen it and sprayed it and it died.

Last night, Mr. Bruises emptied his backpack and threw it in the washing machine. After it was washed, he brought it upstairs. He found that flipping cockroach in there ALIVE! We brought that sucker the whole way back from Punta Cana and it survived the washing machine. I bellowed for him to get it the hell out of my house. He took it outside and squished it and scattered it's remains in the snow.

While in Punta Cana, we had some great views. We also had some not so great views. You can sunbathe topless in Punta Cana. Those who choose to do so, should not. I had the pleasure of looking at this girl my entire first day at the beach. She was wearing a Playboy bikini. Sorry, false advertisement!

Don't even get me on the Speedos. I have tons of photos of them and plan a whole blog post just about that. Be sure to look for that in the near future. Thank you to my friend Erin, for teaching me the art of stalkeratzi photography, she is the queen of it.

Then you have Mr. Mihagi. Yes, I was taking photos of strangers, but pretty much to make fun of them in all their ridiculousness. Mr. Mihagi, on the other hand, was taking photos of the topless and the really hot chicks that would roll in the sand and surf having their boyfriends take photos for their new Myspace or Facebook profile pics. Mr. Mihagi sat in the same chair everyday from 10-2 taking photos. Notice he is fondling himself??

This is frightening. Men should not wear braids, especially with beads. EVER. What the hell was he thinking? I could barely contain myself when I encountered him the next day at the buffet.

Watch for some of the most funniest shit you will ever see. Soon!
